ABOUT OUR RANGE
At Stroud Brewery we are dedicated to brewing quality organic beer. Our premium beers are brewed using mainly Cotswold grown malting barley from Warminster Maltings and the best quality organic hops that we can source.
The foundation of our business is brewing unique cask conditioned beers, and in our opinion that’s the best way to enjoy a good beer. However we have embraced the changing market and now offer vegan and organic keg, canned and bottled beers including our award-winning lager. We distribute our beers throughout the UK and internationally, spreading the organic message far and wide.
“Stroud Brewery has one of the most impressive ranges of organic beers, which are consistently well-crafted” - The Independent
At Stroud Brewery we are proud of our cask ale, living beer conditioned in casks. Supplying pubs who have the correct equipment and experience to store and serve it. Most people don’t have the the equipment in their homes required to serve this type of beer correctly. But we still want the public to be able to enjoy a pint of draught ale at home.
Every Friday we prepare bright beer for the public, we siphon off clear (bright) beer from the sediment, so you don’t have to invest in any specialist equipment and you can drink every last drop of our delicious beer. Find out more about bright beer and how to look after it.
You can buy bright beer in box sizes of 5ltr, 10ltr or 20ltr which are approximately 9, 18 & 36 pints respectively. If you are having a larger event we can prepare a firkin (72 pints), there is a £30 refundable deposit for the cask & tap.
Bright beer is ordered by clicking the beers below. Please order before Thursday midnight, for collections from 3pm on Friday or Saturday.
The public are also welcome to bottles and cans from the brewery during our office hours or when the Tap is open.
